Loud , noisy, and obnoxious people knocking on the door at all hours, and mice. Not even a spot that I'd want to stay in for even a short time. I don't blame management, it's the caliber of people who are lodged there , especially those who were temporarily placed there by Albany County DSS. Not all of them act in an undesirable way, but the majority of them do which reflects on everyone else.

Filthy. Bed had 2x4's between the boxspring and mattress. They have a continental breakfast that stops at 9aam, I didn't dare to eat anything as I have Pancreatic cancer and am currently on chemotherapy. My immune system is compromised. I wish I had taken pics.

Poor customer service and rude employees. I would never stay at a dump that allows it's employees to disrespect visitors. I wasn't even a guest at the hotel. I only stopped by to drop off my relative who works there. When some lunatic approached me and aggressively started banging on my window and yelling at me. I didn't know if he was as employee or someone intending to harm me. So, I ignored him and he stormed away. After I found out he was an employee, I called to talk to him about the incident and find out why he approached me in such a manner but he hung up on me twice. For a motel that deals with an array of customers, especially transient folks or people needing help, I would expect better. I guess good help is hard to find

Seedy little place that doesn't project its true nature. Homeless population, run down facilities, limited electrical outlets, keys only work once, no instructions for access to office, unfriendly service. Simply disgusting, disappointing and disgraceful!! No refunds!!
