I love Woburn Petco for the grooming of my Yorkie Poo. He is an anxious little guy they make him feel very comfortable there. Beth does an excellent job grooming. The price is great as well as service. We will keep coming back!

I’ve been to this location twice, I ran into this petco to grab dry food for my cat (unaware that they closed at 8). I got there at 7:58 & I had one staff all up in my business saying he closed in a minute. Mind you I had just closed my own store, so this whole experience was funny & disappointing. The guy who rang me out didn’t look at me once. I get it’s annoying to have someone come in last minute but grow up, it’s retail. Here’s a pic of the time I was rung out, these people were UP MY REAR. it’s 8:00:45, relax.

This is my favorite pet supply store. They're always have the most helpful, and attentive team members. When I need help, they take the time to make sure you have everything you need. I wish I could give them ten stars.

Maybe I am not lucky. I found a staff to be rude , grumpy and condescending. Trying to buy an aquarium animal from there feels like going through an exam, if your set up is not up to the standards ( not written down anywhere) of the staff, they won't sell that to you. Hope your experience can be better but I will try a different place.
