The overall store is a little cluttered but the staff makes up for it with friendliness. Their knowledge is subpar but they will try to get you an answer. I've been here multiple times and it's always expedient which is a good thing nowadays. They have fair prices on most things but definitely have the most inexpensive animal food compared to petco. Parking usually isn't an issue around 3 but around 5 it gets a little packed. Overall I think they deserve a 4. The store appearance and lack of knowledge is definitely made up for with friendly people with eager to please mentalities.

Brought my 4 month old St. Berdoodle to the groomers after an unfortunate accident with my kid's slime. They did an AMAZING job! My dog was happy and did well and he looked adorable after (and slime free!) We will be back again. Thank you!

Much improved! A few years ago we used the pet hotel and was not happy with the conditions. We recently needed to travel and needed a hotel again. The experience this time was quite a pleasant surprise. The facility was clean and my dog seemed happy. With the current staff, I'd happily use them again.

My dog had a seizure while staying there. She has never had any issues of seizures prior to this event. I took her to the vet a week before and the vet stated that she was the healthiest dog she’s seen. I’ve taken my dog to this hotel 4 times. I’ve always paid top dollar, all the extras. I get a call at 7 am stating my dog had a seizure and they had taken her to the local pets hospital —which I am grateful for but cost me 500 extra dollars. Imagine being on vacation and receiving that sort of call. Then they stated that I had to come pick her up — even though the doctor had cleared her to stay at the pets hotel. Thank goodness I had my sister close by because I would have had to fly in to get her. Very unpleasant experience; definitely won’t take my dog there again. Doubt they even care.
