This is my second time staying here and the first time it was a great experience but I believe they hired new staff who are not accommodating to what I remember. I call guest services for fresh towels because our room wasn’t cleaned for the first two days and today is our third day here. The guest services lady response was “come down to the lobby to get the towels” in a very stern voice..instead of offering to bring them up.

Nice clean hotel very close to airport & helpful staff. Pleasant environment. Free & fast shuttle. Tip: call front desk in morning & put your name down if you are using shuttle to catch a flight. They take folks up to 5 miles on courtesy rides to pick up food, etc, but will work with you if you have to catch a flight. Colleen Sheehan worked the front desk skillfully navigating guests needs. Would gladly return.

Situated across the street from a prison but conveniently located to the airport is a modern hotel with plenty of amenities and upgrades. The front desk seemed short staffed. They told me the free shuttle service would pick me up right away when it took over an hour. The driver was very personable and explained she had to pick up her co-worker who lived farther than five miles away. I wish I had known the shuttle would only go within five miles of the hotel before I booked the room. The lobby is cozy. A warm fireplace greeted me from zero below weather. As a smoker I appreciated the smoking oasis - a heated outdoor smoking section however, other guests were clearly smoking pot and cigarettes in their rooms. The restaurant was closed for breakfast and dinner with very little explanation. They did offer a continental breakfast and you can make coffee in your room as well. The Hilton Garden Inn has become my go to for travelling mostly because of the clientele and staff. The rooms are spacious with inviting king beds that will guarantee a good nights sleep.

I loved that the pool was heated and there was very nice people to cheek you in. It has a clean area to eat breakfast and a little spot to get some travel supplies. I would definitely go there again. There's ice machines on every level. The rooms are clean a very spacious. I loved it so much.
