Hemm is Wendy, I love Wendy but this store is just horrible, the ice machine is not working. And there is no ice for my drink! And the bugs are everywhere and the table are very sticky. Won’t come back to this location again! But Wendy is great

Their take out is super slow. I go there sometimes 4 times a day picking up orders and never are they ready when I get there, as a matter of fact they're not even started yet.

This Wendy’s is the slowest location or any fast food restaurant ever. I don’t know what happened to it, if it’s a worker shortage or what. The food is always cold or off tasting. Maybe pay employees more so you have more workers who feel like they can care about their job. I write this while I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 20 minutes for the 4th time. Don’t blame the workers, for barely any money I wouldn’t give a hoot either.

They had no ice at all. Food was cold. Gave us spicy nuggets that were supposed to be regular. That ended up being terrible since those were for my toddler. Didn't realize that until he was shrieking after eating one. Refused to ammend any orders you had to go reorder it at the kiosk and wait. It was just hell for that front order employee and it showed. I would have returned my whole order if I had the time and wasn't aware this guy was struggling. Almost seemed new. Was also as long of a wait that night like you were at a diner.

You must stay 6ft apart in line, and also when waiting for your food,when you want your beverage the coca cola machine can be used in an app on your phone so you don't have to touch the soda machine. Or you can use the drive thru, or inside they have a contactless order machine and there's also the wendy's app where you can just choose that and pick it up in the drive thru or in store or I believe the employees come out as well for contactless pick up. Also I know you can use grubhub.
