Hello! Some of my friends told me that this hotel provides free airport shuttle, but when I check the "detail" box it says it is not currently available. Does this hotel still provide such service? If so, how to book one?

Call them. They mist likely do provide. Usually guest service can sign you up.

It did in May. There is usually a shuttle on site all the time. We have been staying there for years, at least 4 times a year and they gave always had the shuttle.
