Upon arrival it appeared that a homeless person was arranging a stay; my linen was dingy - i informed the manager but nothing was changed. My Son and I slept on top of the bedspread. The worst night sleep EVER! I should have slept in my car for a restful sleep. I was not issued a digital key- identification was requested. When i inquired why identification was being requested, he stated that i requested a dirty room - who requests a dirty room? This is listed as a 5-star hotel - NOT! It's a 2-star joint! The furniture is old, the television has analog stations. Just the worst!!!!I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!!! Marriot here I come!

DO NOT STAY HERE. We encountered security issues that made us feel unsafe. We were only here for one night, but we were aggressively approached twice by vagrants asking for money - once in the hallway of our actual floor, outside our room. Rooms were outdated, pool was cold, furniture in the breakfast area was ALL torn up and used hard. (Chairs looked like they had been through a war.) I've stayed in better Red Roof Inns than this property. Clearly not up to Hilton standards. When we got to our room upon checking in, there were three takeout containers and a bag of trash that greeted us at our door. Plus two stars for the AMAZING food at the sports bar downstairs - this property's only saving grace.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The first time I made the reservation via hopper, and the second via the actual hotel website. I was not only greeted both visits with the friendly staff faces at the check in desk at all hours of the day/night, the hotel provides literally everything I could possible need. Rooms were clean and neat, and well lit. I have to say out of everything I feel like the safety procedures set in place for all of the guests was my top favorite. I love the fact you can’t enter a floor without a guest card. That alone made me feel the safest. I look foward to the next stay and thank you for everyone who made my stay yet another amazing one !

Shower curtain was ripped. Bedding was very worn and did not seem clean. Room was very outdated with worn, gouged wooden furniture. Headboard had worn marks. Staff were nice but room was really bad. Listed as a 5 star hotel. Definitely not!!
