Good paying customers for many years but customer service in Maryland is terrible. Untrained rude people when call customer service that never resolve the problem. HEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE IN MD WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL ME BUT 2 DAYS LATER STILL NEVER CALLED 3 DAYS LATER. Supervisors are not polite. Shame on Pepco for treating great paying customer this way.

I join the rewards program the nos they installed broke, and now I am left with no AC and no one to come and help to fix it. Don’t join this program you don’t save and service is none

I lived in so many different places in the DMV area and I have never seen rates like pepco. They straight up ROB you. I use less than 60kWh per day and my bill is always over $200. A nightmare. oppression at its finest and taking advantage of people in lower class. Screw pepco and they have horrible customer service. Most of the agents have no idea what they are talking about. When I first moved in to an apartment my deposit was $150 than I actually ended moving into a different unit last minute and the deposit end up being $380??? What kind of bs is that? I end up paying it anyways and at the end of my lease they said I only paid $100 of it when I CLEARLY HAD RECEIPTS AND STATEMENTS FROM PEPCO stating other wise. Completely unprofessional, untrustworthy, incompetent, scheming, lying, straight ROBBERY.
