By far the worse customer service experience I’ve ever had. How employees come out of the back with attitudes- I will never know. Went to buy a box of contacts- one box… and was in there for damn near and hour…… alone. No other customers! That’s how incompetent and unprofessional this place is. And unfortunately it’s most of their locations in MD. Americas Best defeats the purpose of its convenience if everywhere i go I have the most inconveniencing time of my life.
