Worst customer service ever from any utility company in my life. Called for setup and was told I'd get emailed my account number and info a few days before start date. This didn't happen. I had to call the day before to get my account number, which is needed by the apartment complex for my moving in. I then asked how to setup my online account, and was directed to the web page. I told them it doesn't work, says no service account found. Well it appears their programmers have no idea about matching input fields to the database that holds the info. You can use 3 methods to setup your online account: Your Phone Number + Last 4 SSN Your Account Number + Last 4 SSN Your Account Number + ZIP Code Well, I don't care to give out my full SSN if I don't need to, which is what they said I needed to give them, even though they just need last 4. So Account Number + ZIP is the one I'd use. Well guess what? The Web Form limits you to 5 digits, but their database records your ZIP as 5 + 4 digits. So they NEVER match. Supposedly, once I get my first bill there is another method to setup your account. This is the most ridiculous thing I've heard these days. How the hell is it impossible to setup an online account these days unless I give them my SSN or wait for a bill because they can't fix their website......

It has being three days and nights!!! the Petco trucks arrived late afternoon and stayed in front of my driveway until past midnight. they use high power flashlights and make crazy noises. sometimes they step on my lawn and talk very loud even it is very late. No one from the Petco has approached the residence and explain to us what’s going on they just assumed this disruption is acceptable. I am not sure the operation is legitimate. I also cannot understand why the operation cannot be done during the day since it has been going on for days.
