I very regularly get mistakes in my order when I go to this location. Potbelly used to be all about create your own sandwich, great customer service and lovely environment. Now, When I walked in the guy refused to even make my own unique sandwich. He just refused to make anything that is not in the Manu. No place to create your own sandwich.
