Got the most expensive membership since wanted my car cleaned in areas that usually not covered with basic membership. After first visit the I noticed the scratch inside the vehicle at the door (photo attached). But there was no way to prove it. Trunk had sand not vacuumed and they don’t do the edges and corners. I went there again today, told that to the person at the entrance. He said did you call us? I said would that change anything? He didn’t answer. I said I just want them to be more careful it probably happened when they were using the vacuum cleaner. I gave it a try second time, and see for new marks on my exterior. Just because they have this membership and fancy equipment I would say don’t use it if your car is in a good shape and you don’t want to get interior and exterior scratches.

Was told that the car wash would not cause this type of damage. Practically brand new truck, have always been happy with flagship and they’ve always taken great care of my vehicles until today. Be warned. I noticed the wash seemed to be much louder and abrasive today.

I have taken 2 cars here regularly for the past 6 years to very good results. I have a mazda mx-5 that just recently got the works. Hand washed, waxed and detailed inside and out. I was very pleased with the same day service and attention to detail. Would recommend to anyone

Who doesn't love a good car wash?! Really appreciate the conveyor belt track because it minimizes the chance of damage to my vehicle not being in the correct place. I really like the big windows that allows guests to see their vehicles being cleaned properly.
