I ordered the lunch special of soup and double burger with fries. Soup was good and fast. I sat at the empty bar and got my drink and soup fast. After 15 minutes I ask about my burger and he said they are working on it. More then 3/4 of the tables were empty. After 10 minutes I asked again and he said he was waiting on fries. After 8 more minutes I asked again. He gave me a cold to the touch burger and hot fries. I asked for the manager and told him what happened. He was sorry and I said I am leaving. He charged me $3.17. I know it is hard to get help, but it was not busy. I watched people get their after me get their food first. I will try it again, but it has to be better. .

Expect to wait but if you do, the food is good and hot. Our waitress was a great gal, checked on us often. Had an issue and was addresses right away, but didn't get my giftcard. Still, I'd go back.

There for lunch today. The hostess was clueless. Not a hello not a goodbye. The server was great. The food seemed old. Chicken tenders seemed reheated, the Alex burger tasted like nothing and the Cajun pasta lacked any sense of Cajun. Overheard the manager seat someone and tell them “your server is in the bathroom and will be right with you…” Two employees dealing maryjane in the bathroom as I walked in. PATHETIC lack of training and sense of service. Again, except for the server. She was great. Everything else was PATHETIC.

I am fed up with Chilis! I have been eating from here since I can remember. Whether it's my family dinner nights which we easily spend $60 and tip $15 or more or my lunch specials (delivery or carry out) they used to be sooo good! Due to COVID they can't keep workers so they now close at 8/9pm (which isn't updated on Google) and the service is slow and food is horrible! I ordered to work today which was $20 for a lunch special with all the added fees plus tip and this is what I get! (Supposed to be a quesadilla. I called and was on hold for 20 mins before hanging up no answer. If I wasn't at work I would take this back! Just close down at this point! It's SAD!
