I love Popeyes, but I'm rarely able to get it because the two locations closest to where I live have absolutely dreadful service and it's a coin flip whether you're going to be able to even get through the line at all, let alone be able to get what you want on the menu. This location on Greenfield Ave. is on a completely different level than any of the locations closest to me. The three times I've been to this location, I've received friendly service, timely service, and accurate service all around, which is probably more times than I've gotten at the two locations closest to me combined over the past 5 years. If I have a craving for Popeyes, I will 100% make the extra 15 minute drive to this location from now on.

Waited more than 40 min to get a hard bread on my Sandwich, order one spicy sandwich didn’t even have spicy sauce on it nor mayo. Had something in it didn’t even know what it was.

I tried calling the location 3 times to verify that the dining room was open because on Google maps it had a check mark next to the dine in tab. The phone rang at least 20 times each time then finally went to some type of voicemail but the voicemail was full. This was at about 11:30am. So I decided to drive the 7 miles to this location. The outdoor signage said the dining room was open, as I approached the front door, a sign on the door stated the dining room was open and I saw a couple of people sitting inside the restaurant so I would have assumed the dining room was open, but it was not. The people sitting inside were employees eating inside the dining room, I tried both doors and both were locked and there were at the very least 15 cars in the drive through which was barely moving. So obviously they can only take one order at a time. What is the point of saying on the outside sign and on both doors that the dining room is open when it is only open to employees eating in the dining room in front of everyone? I did not have the 45 minutes for lunch for how long it was going to take to get through the drive through. I will never go to this location again.

I ordered 2 $6 boxes, one the mac and cheese was burnt, the other the red beans and rice was hard, the strips tasted weird and they forgot my fries.. I use to love going to this popeyes, but it’s going down and employees are not caring about how the food is anymore..
