The manager there on this past Saturday night and staff were all amazing when I placed a huge order at 9pm after they had a rush. Way to go above and beyond to welcome us to the area!!!! ❤️

A friend and I thought their fried chicken sounded tasty so we stopped in. When I say the floor must have been coated with grease that would be an understatement. Our feet stuck to the floor like it was fly paper. We ordered ..which the cashier was reasonably friendly. It was the Mgr that had a really bad attitude. We couldn't pay by card bc the drive thru person was using it. They said we could go order from the drive thru. Are you serious? 10 cars in line..I've already ordered and now your telling me to go outside and get in line. I can't for the life of me understand how this company makes any money to pay the bills. Go elsewhere gyys

They where out of everything, but didn't tell you until you were trying to order. Like I wanted spicy chicken tenders. They said they were out of those, so I tried just regular tenders... nope out of those as well. Then we tried to order soda, they were out of all of the flavors but two.... they didn't tell you which two, you just had to keep asking until you found one. They were out of sauces and sides. Also the kids meals are a joke. The service wasn't helpful and the product was...fine.

They are almost always out of something. Last time I went they were out of chicken except breast! How does a chicken restaurant run out of chicken?! Other times it was several sides they were out of or sandwiches, always something though. Sometimes they only take cash, other times only card. Its ridiculous really. When they do have food it's good though lol.

@Thomas, whenever I wondered "why" to that question I always came to same answer. Those businesses hire ppl THAT DON'T UNDERSTAND BUSINESS. I just left this same location to get an early lunch for my neighbor. I checked google to see the location's open time, it said *open* (10:00am) it was a little after 10am... I pull up to the store and the sign on the door said that location opens at 10am, lobby time 1hr later. I go to the drive thru, waited about a minute & pulled to the window. I see a big guy doing something and guess what he says at 10:49am? We closed.

Your right that's why i check my order before i drive off but Popeyes is life.
I haven't as a driver but as a driver the food is usually already made so i just verify the order and if they say it's there it's not like i can inspect it...
Yes there customer service is terrible
They sell you old dried out chicken at night. I am filing a complaint with corporate. I waited 40 mins for my order. then I take it back and they basically accused me of bringing back "Anyone" chicken and refuse to replace that old dry chicken. Who has time to bring an order back? I am 110 percent Offended!!
