Haven’t been here in years and decided to stop in but unfortunately experienced rude and poor customer service. Stood in line with lobby being empty no one bothered to ask us if we are ready to order until my fiancé asked a man taking out the trash if they were closed. The lady behind the cashier filled up the juice tank twice before even coming to us. When our food was ready they called out my order and several workers all laughed at me as I was grabbing my food which I didn’t understand but I’m sure they were saying something about me in Spanish. Whole thing was uncomfortable and we felt unwelcome eating there. Definitely not coming back.

They completely had my order wrong and only dropped off half my food. I tried calling the delivery driver and he straight up blocked my number. This location is extremely unprofessional.

We bought some tacos at 5pm, ate the tacos around 9pm and my pregnant wife was chewing on this plastic piece. We called to let them know and they said they can't do nothing about it due to we bought them at 5pm. If it would of happen an hour after we bought them they would of done something about it. There is no difference of time but the fact is that Chicken Palace gave us a taco with plastic in it. We will never go there again.

We picked up for our company lunch and the food was amazing. Reasonably priced for the amount of food. The portions could have been better i.e. too many roasted jalapenos - not enough rice, otherwise way more food that we could eat.
