My mother is here for short time care. Since I live out of state. I can't be here the whole time. Most everyone is very nice...It is a Beautiful Facility and clean. The more they get to know you and see..talk with you they are more aware of her needs. I understand how hard this job is...so thank y'all for doing the best you can. Nothing is better than for a patient to be home..... however... it's temporary and I'm Thankful for the sweet nurses, physical therapy, aides and social workers who are doing thier best.....and whoever cooked the braised red cabbage, I'd love the recipe. Mom loved it and made me try it and it was delicious! I'm not the patient but if I was I'd say.... overall...be patient and understanding and your stay might just be ok. Thank you St. Catherine's and Thank You Lord.

So glad that you are finally reopen for visitation. There have been a few changes and it looks amazing; the food even smells delicious! The staff is always pleasant.

My visit to see a friend was pleasant today. I am very impressed about the safety coming into the facility as well as leaving the facility. I would like to know if it is possible to have all the residents be able to purchase a morning newspaper. Is it possible that this could be done and those that want to purchase one could receive one. Do the facility give out birthday cards to recognize them on there birthday. That would be nice . But otherwise for cleanliness and friendliness I give you high ratings.

The staff can be very lazy on most days! Giving my mother her meds and dropping some on the floor and leaving them their for me to find. I take pics and show them to the Head of nursing. But you still have to wonder if she is receiving all of her meds?? And when I do complain about there neglect!! They want to get argumentative!! When they know their doing wrong!! The nursing on my mother's floor when you call to make sure her needs are being met will hangup and refuse to answer the phone!! Making me get in my car and drive over to the facility to make sure my mother is safe and well. how sad and careless!! I can go on and on about the neglect in St Catherine's. Some of the stuff can be good and very helpful but the bad one's make you loose focus on the good!! Wow after reading all the bad reviews about this place and I've seen and been throw myself with them maybe I better get my mother out of their!!!! And also call the State of Florida health department!!
