messy, hard to find the clothing we were looking for. i used to come to this kohls a lot with kids after visiting the whole foods that was next to it. we stopped going to the whole foods a while ago but came yesterday just to look around kohls and i will say i was thoroughly disappointed. it was messy, disorganized, not many staff to help when i came, and the experience was simply unpleasant. will not be visiting again; hope other people will have more pleasant times here than we did.

Fair Lakes Kohls Big and Tall section is nothing worth writing home about. Kohls is a great store but if you are big and tall, go to the Manassas location. They have an awesome selection to choose from.

Decent experience. Had 2 pair of jeans to return that were a gift. They had no tags. Customer service had me go find a similar pair to use the tags and did an exchange for 2 different pair, same brand different size and style. Took a little time but the person was helpful.

Very convenient amazon return location here, you do not need box for your item! Not sure if it is always but I got 5 kohl cash for each return! Free money! The line sometime is long and check out process is a bit slow. …
