I was unknowingly and without consent signed up to their monthly plan for car washes by someone in this location. Attempts to call this office, their corporate office and their billing department resulted in either getting hung up on or voicemails that were never returned. Attempted to see if I could cancel this from their website but their system says my car and my information aren't even in their system. If I could give them less than one star I would. This is completely unacceptable and I will be settling this on the bank level by disputing past charges and blocking them from pulling any more of my money. **Buyer beware**

Any time I go to this location I experience a problem. This time they wouldn't accept a coupon I had for a free car wash. After some back and forth I told her I'd go to the other location on Rockville Pike. Sure enough the other location took the coupon, no questions asked. Avoid this place unless you like dealing with poor service and unnecessary headaches
