NOT RELIABLE AT ALL THE AUTOPAY DOES NOT EVER WORK AND OCT. 2 2012 WAS THE LAST UPDATE TO THE WEBSITE. ALSO SUPER SLOW.

water bill online payment system is unreliable and outdated. Setting payments to automatic is unreliable. If payment fails for any reason you don't get to be informed in a timely manner and can even get water cutoff.
