We went last week and if we hadn't stopped you could drive through in about an hour. 30 to 35 mph for I think 28 miles. We spent 3 to 4 hours in the park with stops.
About 25 to 30 minutes if you dont stop to get out and look at the different sites.
It is 28 miles to just drive through but it is so beautiful you would want to stop. We were on a trip do we stayed 3 hours but I could have stayed twice that long. Words just don't do it justice.
There are several short walk opportunities. In my opinion, you gain a greater depth of appreciation if you stop to get up close and personal with it. We made it a day trip, complete with picnic at Rainbow Forest. Shaded and quiet at the picnic area. Nice.

We took about 1-2 hours, stopping at two or three stops.
I believe 28 miles from gate to gate without extra stops
They have a lot of different places you can stop and hike through, but can be enjoyed from the comfort of your vehicle. If you choose to get out be sure to check out the tree bridge. Its amazing!
It depends on how many of the stops you go to and how long you spend at each stop. I spent about 3 hours in the park and stopped at the majority of the stops.
