Can you enter the park from hy way 180 ?

Yes you can drive in to the park

Yes. I would recommend that you start your visit from the 180 entrance. It is less crowded and you would start with the Rainbow Forest Museum. There is also couple big gift shops right outside the park entrance. You can then end at the main entrance visitor center that could be full of tourist buses and tourists packing the gift shop and lining up for the small bathrooom.

You can enter from 180 and go north or from I-40 and go south

Yes you should enter next to the museum but it's where most people exit
