Yes but, as someone else already mentioned, sometimes it can take forever. Last week it took almost 45 minutes to get from the Hertz location to terminal 7. Not Hertz's fault, just horrendous traffic.
Yes I think so , cause I arrived LAX at about 2:12 am and I board one at the airport to their office where I pickup my rental car from them .

Yes, however it depends on the time of day for traffic like someone mentioned. Not hertz fault so make sure you have extra time, I made sure I had an extra 30 & I used 20 of that because I’m from LA it is only 7 minutes away!
