They have their own Hertz shuttle bus. It should be outside of baggage claim (lower lever/arrival), look for purple car rental sign. Do not take LAX-it shuttle, it's only take you to taxi and ride share pick up area.
Yes they have a shuttle bus it's a city bus size and it picks you up at the rental car terminals at the airport get on the bus and when it brings you into the facility you will exit the bus on the right and walk across the little Street and you can rent your car right there at the office I hope this was helpful take care and have a nice trip
