They should have a line for people who has reservations and a line for people who don’t to be more efficient
Sign up for free for Avis Preferred program. You just walk up to the reserved vehicle and drive away. No lines, its awesome
They should get more People standing by the desks, they have like 20 desks and 5 workers.. it's painful to wait for about 2 hours to get your reservation...

Nothing has changed. I waited over an hour to pick up a car with an advance paid reservation
The reservation is to guarantee a car will be available for you. It does not add you to a waiting list like at a restaurant.
Amen!!!! We waited over an hour with a reservation while people in front of us were making arrangements from scratch! Will NEVER use Avis again
They don't have a kiosk and the employees are few and slow.
That's unfortunately is the way they work overthere :(
I waited over 45m for the shuttle to pick me up at Lax and another hour plus at the avis registration place to actually get the rental car. Very disappointing
