There is an Avis shuttle. After you exit from baggage claim. You can across street to a concrete isle between airport and parking deck. There you will see signs for area to wait for shuttles. Safe travels my friend!
Yes, they have a shuttle. When you exit your terminal there will be an area clearly marked to wait for rental car shuttles. If you don't see the signs, just watch the first rental shuttle you see and watch where it stops. Each terminal has its own stop.
