Worst airline I have ever flown on!!! Cancelled my flight without telling me. I found out when I got to the airport. Then had to wait 2 days to get another flight that had an overnight layover. Refused to help with a hotel voucher even though they cost me money by not informing ahead of time of the cancelation and cost me 3 days of work. When I asked for a manager on their phone line I was put back in the hold line instead and the second rep hung up on me and I had to call back to ensure I was actually scheduled for the flight. When I called back they asked me how I knew I was hung up on and then put me on hold until it timed out. I still don't know if I am scheduled for the next flight.
I flew spirit Airlines went round trip California and then back to Florida I had no problems was a great flight and the flight attendants were very nice and helpful also the price of my ticket was very fair much lower than the other airline's they even had a lottery seat where one seat in the plane was given Airline points or ticket for next trip. I would definitely fly Spirit again
