They have a shuttle that arrives every 15 minutes. It takes about 10 minutes to get to the airport.

They have a shuttle facility at the Consolidated Car Rental facility (at least I think that's what it's called.) It is not directly at the airport, so I suggest getting directions via Google Maps.
