This is a very busy location. That said, it's well staffed with patient professional people. When arriving you may think it will be a long wait, but they are very efficient at moving you through the process and getting you in a car and on your way. The 2 agents I dealt with were very patient and professional. They took the time to make sure I understood how to use the electronics and help me pair my phone to the cars system.

OK experience. I got a rental paid by my dealership while my car was in service for a recall. Because of that, the vehicle had to be of the same brand. Fine, not Enterprise's condition, I'm sure. They only had one car, a gas guzzler (really great these days, especially for someone who works on external sales), and it took them 20 minutes to get the car ready. During the walk around the representative told me there was a half tank of gas. Upon turning the vehicle on, there was a tick over quarter tank. I went back inside to inform him, he apologized and told me not to worry, just to return at the same level. No problem, right? When I returned, I stopped by the gas station half a block away from Enterprise. I added the exact amount of gas needed. When I receive the invoice, there was a charge for 3/4 of a gallon, and since they charge $8.60 for the gallon, it was more than $6. Now, it was not really my problem, since the dealership covered the bill. But this overcharging shouldn't have happened to begin with, and it makes me pause if I ever have to rent from them again, especially from my own pocket. Be aware. Everything else was at par with other rental car companies. Nothing special.

Great customer service. I had to get a rental today while my car gets repaired and I came to this location per the insurance. They were so helpful. I received a car that was in subpar condition and they didn’t hesitate to fix the issues and even upgraded me for free! Totally satisfied!

The car I received today had a 1/4 tank so now I'll either pay their refill fee or somehow have to hit 1/4 tank while filling up and donate fuel to them. The vehicle also hadn't been cleaned. Definitely a bummer, I've used enterprise quite often but I'll definitely try to avoid this location in the future.
