We have rented cars from this Enterprise in Rancho Bernardo for years now. The employees are pleasant, professional and easy to work with. The always try to find the type of car we need to rent and have it available to us when needed. We continue to go there for car rentals and recommend this Enterprise location.

Dishonest staff. They will not honor their commitment. If your car is not working properly they will try to send you to the original place that you rented your car from or they will offer you an insanely expensive car instead Bottom line is that they don't care about customers. I will never rent from them ever again.

Once again they went out of their way to take care of my car needs with the up most care. They come to pick me up and also drive me back so all I've have to do is be on time. Rented many other Car Rental Companies and Enterprise leasing services have never disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the car performed great. The only reason I took one star away was that the gas tank was not full when I picked up the car. It is hard to return it less than a full tank so either I pay huge prices for gas or overfill. It should be full when you pick up a car.
