Robert made renting experince very easy. All paper work was done online and whole process was very easy. Dropped off the vehicle on time at my location. This was my first time renting sprinter, Robert was very patient and explained all the features in the van. We had wonderful trip and had lot of fun.

Robert and his team over at Sprinter Rentals were incredibly communicative and thoughtful in the way that they helped me get my reservation in order. Their vans seem to be in impecable shape and I was incredibly eager to complete my rental with them for next month. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 many members of my travel party had issues with their flights and we had our lodging cancelled for our trip. The bright spot in all of this was how fast and easy the Sprinter Rentals team answered regarding a potential cancellation, and how thorough they were in making sure that I understood the refund process. While I’m deeply sad I couldn’t hang onto my reservation with Sprinter Rentals, I’m already looking forward to the rescheduling of my trip so that I can pick up the phone and have my first call be to Sprinter Rentals for the re-booking of my reservation with them! 5 stars and many more if it were possible!
