I had to go San Diego from Massachusets in an emergency because my son, who lives in San Diego, suffered a stroke. When I inquired about returning my rental to the airport rental location at the time I rented my car, I was told it was a $75 extra charge. Because my flight wasn't leaving until 9 pm and the rental office closed at 2pm I decided to pay the $75 return fee to airport . When I called to say I was going to return the car to airport, the person who I was talking to, Ally, told me it was going to be $150!!. I told her I was quoted it would be $75 and she said they just went up due to summer season! She was abrupt. I have no choice but to pay this ridiculously high charge as I am taking my son back to Massachusetts and need the car to transport us with our luggage and my son who is impaired. I always use Enterprise but I will no longer use them as there are plenty of other car rental places to use.
Ask when you pick up the car or call them while they are open to confirm policy
It depends on location. I believe they have it in most of their locations.

I believe you can, but ask before you leave to make sure. If they say yes, take pictures of condition you are leaving car in (for your benefit only)...
