Would Enterprise CEO Pamela Nicholson approve of you up-charging customers for insurance that they declined? I've been a loyal customer, to a fault by paying more when I could have gone to a competitor. Won't make that mistake anymore.

When I rented a car and declined the insurance, there was no upcharge. When that happens, be sure you call it to their attention immediately. If you have full coverage at home, that will cover you for about six weeks. After that you will need to buy their coverage.

I think you missed where I said I "Declined" the insurance because my insurance and Costco Citi cover the insurance.

I am a platinum member with Enterprise and have been for 2 years now and have never been charged for insurance that I declined. I carry my own full coverage so I don't have to buy it
