CIVIL DISOBEDIENCE
I travelled all the way from Arizona to rent a specialty car at the airport, although due to COVID, their stock was depleted. A potential major derailing. The female representative made things right by honoring the original contract and making a call to the neighboring office where the vehicle was in stock. The display of integrity on her part was spectacular. I will happily return and am glad to subsidize Enterprise's future business.

My experience was beyond amazing, I had originally booked an suv, which they did not have available, but the nice gal Catherine and the manager showed beyond my expectations amazing customer service, the manager made sure I’d get the car I liked the most (since they didn’t have my car available which was understandable since I had booked last minute) the manager told Catherine to upgrade me to one of the luxury cars and not to worry about gas! It was such a beyond pleasant experience, of course I ended up getting the protection for the car (staff that show this customer service deserves a good commission) I ended up getting liability and collision for the full 9 days I had the car. I will definitely keep coming back to this place and I will make sure everyone knows about Catherine’s customer service skills and the manager’s as well, they both deserve a raise or some sort of recognition.

After having a bad experience with another rental car company, I learned my lesson to stick with Enterprise. The other company gave me a reasonable estimate, however after switching the main driver and applying an "early return fee" the total became more than triple the given estimate. In contrast, Enterprise had great customer service - friendly, professional, and quick. They gave a complimentary upgrade and the estimate was the same as the final total. Really appreciate the professionalism and being honest about the prices.

Great experience easy pick up and drop off, the shuttles to the airport are a big convenience.

Best thing is to book in an extended period of time, if you return the car before the said date you will be refunded. Also sorry for your pain and grief.
Yes. If you have round trip airline tickets with you. If not, they ask for a deposit, and if I remember correctly the price of the rental.
Call any Enterprise and find out what the hours are at your destination.
Outside baggage claim in the 'arrivals' pick up and taxi area, there should be shuttles that go to various hotels and rental car companies closest to airport. Shuttles are not always available in every airport so you may just have to rely on taxi or ride share.
When I rented a car and declined the insurance, there was no upcharge. When that happens, be sure you call it to their attention immediately. If you have full coverage at home, that will cover you for about six weeks. After that you will need to buy their coverage.

Yes
I have never seen any dogs other than service dogs on the shuttle. I'd call and ask.
Why would you not be able to....
Sorry, not to sure
This is the airport location. Yes, you can return it here. HOWEVER, you should contact the original location you picked your car up from and notify them you are dropping off here, versus the place you actually scheduled. Ran into this issue a few months ago
To many bandidos, don't do it
You usually cant take them out of the country but check with your rental agent or Enterprise at the 800 number on your contract to be sure. But as the other gentleman stated, you will need to get insurance on it BEFORE you cross the border. HOPE THIS HELPS.
We had to purchase special "Mexico insurance " through Enterprise. but yes
I think they do, however, i would call them to see if they have it in stock.
Allyson, it sounds like you are asking about a fee for a one-way rental -- dropping the car at a new location, I.e., not returning it to the place where you picked it up(?). Such fees may be substantial, especially if there accrues a market or repositioning disadvantage to the rental company, but they are not "standard." Such fees vary by location, season, vehicle type, etc. If you plan this drop off when arranging the rental, the online or over-the-counter set up will tell you the drop fee in advance. It is easy for you to get a precise number by using the online website to program a one-way trip, then cancel before reserving or picking up the vehicle.
Usually yes
There are no shuttles that run from the Enterprise that is not in the airport parking garage you have to take a cab
What gate is the shuttle service located? Thanks!
