You pay for everything up front, no deposit required. I'm not under 25 so not sure about fees, but I wouldnt be surprised if there aren't any. Also considering the holiday, I would call in advance just to make sure they have something available.

I believe they don't have a fee even if you present a debit card. And they don't have any extra fee for a renter under 25 (as long as you are over 21)
