No after hours return. Have to wait for them to bring car up (took about 10 mins but likely longer if there are others ahead if you) rather than walking to a lot and driving away. No hybrid vehicles available. Washer fluid low alert was on. Didn’t have my reserved class size unless I wanted to wait for them to get from another location or pick up from being serviced (who wants to waste time waiting on vacation?), so had to give me larger vehicle for same price. Did mark gauge at empty so at least we didnt have to refill it though we still left them with about as much gas as we got it with anyway (1/4 tank) cause who can time that perfectly. Car was dirty and clearly not cleaned in between customers. Front tires were at 42 psi while back was at 36.

I love Enterprise Rent-a-Car. They have Avis and Budget beat hands down. I rented a car from the Enterprise Rent-A-Car agency on F street, in downtown San Diego. I loved working with Marcus Goforth. He was so pleasant to work with. This will always be my go to office to rent a car when I am in San Diego.

Booked a reservation at 12pm , I show up at 12pm to pickup the car and they tell me my reservation is canceled because they don't have the car I reserved and they never informed me about not having the car until I got to the branch. And then they say they can't help me so I had to go back online and make another reservation at another location. So I ended up losing a day of work and paying three ubers just because their lack of communication skills and poor management.

Came here because my insurance goes through Enterprise. The manager lady has a really bad attitude and she needs to check herself. The employee tried to give me the wrong information and I had a attitude and I was like no we need to call my insurance and correct that. She came out and fixed the issue I didn't say one word, I just slid her my card and she told me I didn't need to have an attitude with her. That's what caused me to have a attitude with her and I let her know I didn't say one word to her but if she wants an attitude she can get one. Your job is to rent people cars not try to be the last word boss. That's why you still took my card and did as I said. I wouldn't come back here budget rental actually is better and they charged less of a deposit.
