worst customer service Worst management never pick you’re call when is time to due payment plus they will overcharge and if u go to there location you will wait forever at least 6 hours they just careless. . And also if you have any question wants ask them they will be like “don’t rent from us” Just because!!

Don't rent from any Hertz agency in the United States or anywhere in the world. They scam and cheat their customers. Go to somebody else more honest and trustworthy, because hertz they're not. So if you rent from them, don't say that you haven't been warned, so beware. It's a big risk with hertz. So good luck if you go with this con stealing company

This is an un-staffed pick up and drop off location and I do not recommend renting from this location. I have been a gold member for many years and this was the worse experience (and I've had cars that I had to have replaced because of bad tires etc). I suggest that you rent from the primary office or the airport. The office that services this location is badly understaffed. The car I rented had not been cleaned/sanitized. If I was not already late for my appointment (because the car was delivered about 50 minutes late) I would not have accepted the car. Aside from not being clean, the car did not sound good when driven.

Returned a car here. We were aware of limited hours and returned car at appropriate time. No easily visible signage where to return the car. We asked someone from the hotel. We had to enter the self-serve parking garage and get a ticket from the machine on the way in. Parking for hertz is on the 6th floor. Spots are labeled. Return went smooth. Make sure you get the odometer reading! Then go down the elevator to the lobby level and to the end of the hall past all the shops to find the desk by the stairs.
