No, you can't take American cars to Mexico.
No. They allow you to go to Los Angelos, Nevada and San Diego County. Mexico isn't allowed.
I am not sure, but they will ask you when you pick the car up. The guy asked if I was going out of state or country. I would call and verify because they may not allow it or charge additional.
