I needed a car in a rush and Farah helped me secure a rental after I was informed none was available at the moment by several local rental businesses. It was a tremendous help. She explained the rental deal clearly. Fortunately my issue was resolved quickly and was able to return my rental earlier than I anticipated. Jessica helped me to go thru return process quickly.
