As first time customers, we had a wonderful experience with Avis. They offered better deals and we ended up saving money. We rented a Ford Escape for 7 days and had no issues traveling from San Diego to Anaheim. I specifically like the Little Italy location due to convenience of pick and drop off of rental. We were processed quickly and smoothly, had no lines to wait in and staff were extremely friendly. We look forward to returning in the future. Thank you!!

Everything went perfectly. We showed up at our pick up time and the lady was clearly waiting for us, well prepared. The car was very clean and we were able to leave promptly. The drop off at the airport was also impeccably run and we did not waste a minute before jumping in the shuttle that brought us to our terminal. Definitely recommend your company and we will be back with you at our next trip.

The Avis in Little Italy, San Diego is so convenient, and the staff there are excellent. Professional, courteous. It's far enough away from the airport's rental which makes it easier and might be less expensive, no airport taxes. We live nearby so it's a breeze to get to. Super easy on the trolley too. I love Carol, Terri, Richard and Henry. All amazing. Note, this is NOT the airport Avis.
