I reserved a Dodge Ram 3 months ago and when I went to get the truck they didn’t have it. It was unbelievable. Instead they gave me a Nissan, they didn’t even give me a heads up the Dodge was unavailable. Also the truck was very dirty inside and outside. Very disappointed with it. I got the car at the San Diego airport Humberto Branco

I don't recommend them! I thought we were saving money to use this offsite car rental. We were told there would be a shuttle waiting, but when we arrived and called they said they don't shuttle anymore due to airport regulations. He told us to take a cab - so we did $18.90 for less than 4 miles. He upgraded us to SUV which was not clean but it was a good attempt to make up for the hassle. After having to get a ride of course we picked the car up late and when we said we would be returning it late the onsite rep told us "sure, it would be no problem". Of course we're thinking no problem means - no problem. We ubered back ($10). But their idea of "no problem" was to charge us for an extra days rental. I called for 2 days and was told I would receive a call back each time - finally the 3rd day I called the rep told me to call customer service and they would take care of it for sure. They didn't take care of it but agreed to write off 1/2 of the extra day they charged us for. This company has poor communication, representation, and integrity. Add up the rides you need to pay for to get there (let alone the poor customer service) and you could get a nice vehicle at the airport (my daughter did and no hassle!).
