They will NOT accept owner surrendered dogs. I am not sure about other animals. I tried to take my dog there. If you want to surrender your dog, you have to call the SPCA. You have to have a really good reason as to why you are surrendering your dog too. Financial, housing, behavior are NOT considered acceptable reason and your dog will be declined.
Yes you can drop your own animal off if you can't have it any longer. Do need to fill out some paperwork.
No you can't. I asked and any pets you adopt after 30days they do not take them back for any reason.
I would call and ask them but i believe you can.
Yes. We had to drop an animal off there at one point a while ago. Don't know if the rules have changed at all since then.
