Yes you can take it to the animal shelter and yes they will take very good care of it and we'll find it home if it's not too old yes we will
If this is the kitten around the "Landing at Riverlake," she/he is definitely a beauty! I hate to think someone dumped the cat, but kitty just showed up one day near bldgs. 620-622 late last summer. Thankfully, the cat (another neighbor & I call him/her Snowy) will come faithfully twice a day for me to feed her & I keep fresh water available, but will not allow any touching. I put out a request to some neighbor's for a humane trap in order to get her over to the shelter for spay/neuter, vaccination & hopefully adoption. If you can safely catch Snowy & get kitty to Front St., that would be great!
