Abylex is an amazing school. I was able to learn not only the components of the vehicle, but I was thought how to drive safely on the road. They teach you how to apply what you learn in the manual to real life situations. The instructors put In a lot of personal experience into your training to help you understand what your reading and learning about applies to real life. They teach you how to be a safe smart driver and how to safely respond to situations that may arise on the road. I was very prepared for my dmv test. You will get what you put into this course. They will not babysit you. If you put in 100% you will get a 100% on your test. Would 10/10 recommend

Not the best school. Broken trucks and other equipment, A misery ly hot and dusty dirt yard. only two-yard trucks for 30 students. Educators who barely speak English, educators quitting to go to other schools. Students fighting over drive time, no one to manage students. Actual road time over one month, less than 4 hrs. Somehow I made it through.

I had a good experience with Abylex. The instructors and staff were great and its clear that they really want to help students meet their objective to pass the dmv CDL exam. Its important to note that this particular schools primary objective is to prepare the student to pass the CDL exam. This school does NOT teach you how to "drive truck". They very much "teach toward the test" period. I understood that right away, was there EVERYDAY and I STUDIED and passed the first time. So, they are definitely legit and well worth the expense. We can always improve the way we do things and Abylex definitely has room for growth and improvement. Personally I feel that's more at the "owner level" and I do feel it would be in his best interest to procure a solid maintenance plan for the equipment. It really shouldn't be the instructors job to repair vehicles because that makes them unavailable for instructing and coaching students. If youre using older equipment it IS going to break down and if your instructors are scrambling to figure out mechanical problems they are not teaching. So while that is NOT a complaint that I have, If that area isn't improved I would expect others to complain and rightfully so. But I highly recommend Abylex. My experience was great. I take my hat off to the hard working ladies in the office and to Brandon, Ruslin and Rob for their dedication and hard work. THANK YOU!!!!

Getting your license will be no problem. Getting employment on the other hand it's where you will run into challenge. Employers will each interpret your driving record differently And some may look upon your record less dismally than others. I suggest getting your license and keep your nose clean until you can land a driving job
You should talk directly to the owner of the school for the price to make sure that everything is correct
I'm still looking for class A truck driving position. I got my cdl from Abylex but why I'm not driving yet🤔 all I get from companies is, "You have any experience,"
Hi Please call 916 850 9952, After 4 pm today , we have an instructor that speaks Spanish.
Yes its possible, idk about class b but if you get class a then you can work local tucking and i believe they pay 21.00
$1500 will get you a full course (90 days) very worth it. I knew little to nothing about driving a commercial vihical and with the 90 day course I passed the first time I tested..
They have different cost course
Very good. they have youth on their side.
Abylex is a good school, their people are awesome. My advice to you is take a week or two with them and learn the pre trip and skills, you will get your class A
Class A or B, if you are serious about driving, this is the place. I'm surprised to see how favorable the instruction is. Good investment.
I have back problems from 20 years in construction. This is a job I should have done a long time ago. The most physical it gets for me is getting in and out of the truck. I'm also long haul. As far as the course goes, if you dont have any knowledge of driving a combination vehicle then the whole course is recommended. There is alot to know so study alot.
Almost everyone as long as your felony is at least 5 years old. I'm a felon myself and currently drive for Vitek out of sacramento.
Yes you should be able to get 1 just call the dmv and ask they will tell you. I got a wet and wreckless at 21 and got my cdl at 28 so idk. Just call dmv and remove all doubt
I got my lisence thru abylex and Charlie one of the coaches there told me that he get get me in for local haul for Pepsi and they start off at 21 per hour but I already had a job lined up doing long haul so I decided to stick with it, abylex has a lot of connections so it's a safe bet that you will have a job once you graduate
They're out the , and abylex helped me find a job.
