They do suck, I've had several bad experiences with them in where it says my package is out for delivery but they dont deliver for 3 days that I have to arrange to pick up. A package I was waiting for coming from Kentucky arrived in LA and was going to get delivered the next day, but instead it was shipped back to Kentucky and it delayed delivery for another 5 days. Really terrible.
