Omg, do yourself a favor. Walk across the street and go to Staples!! This FedEx location has the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. If you’re in a hurry, you do NOT want to come here. Even something as simple as printing 3 documents will take you a WHOLE hour. Their machines don’t work, they’re laggy, you have to jump through hoops to get someone to help you, everyone in there has an attitude!! After wasting 30 minutes trying to get their machines to work, you’ll end up paying an extra $2.50 for them to print your documents on the computers. Even though it’s not your fault at all. I’m never going back there.

No wonder this place has terrible reviews. They will not print orders for you if you walk in, which is not the standard across all FedEx stores. Their print and go printers are slower than molasses. It took me over 30 minutes to print 7 single page PDFs. It would have taken the guy behind the counter less than 5 minutes. This is unacceptable.

All of the women here seem miserable. I encountered Diane. She is no help and is unnecessarily rude and uptight. She told me I wouldn’t be able to pick up my package yet the next day received it from a different employee with no issue. She acts like she’s an heir to FEDEx and can pick and choose who can get their packages. She needs to be transferred to somewhere else.

I had a time sensitive need related to a funeral. I arrived only an hour before closing at the end of the night. Fighting tears, I explained my need to the manager George and he was so accommodating. I’m so THANKFUL TO George and his team! My lifesaver!
