If you are shipping out anything of value I would avoid this location. Every single one of their employees are extremely rude, especially the manager Violet. She is lazy and unwilling to do her job. They owe me $1000 for a broken monitor and UPS approved my claim in February, it is now July and Violet refuses to come out of the back to speak to me in person, answer my calls and e-mails and according to UPS customer service all she has to do is submit paperwork and my check will be in route. She allows her employees to have the same nasty attitude that she has.

I booked an appointment online for notary services at this store. On arrival at the time of appointment, after waiting outside for 15 minutes, we were told this particular ups store doesn’t have notary services available for Saturday, and even when they do, they don’t take appointments and accept only walk-ins.

This location a lady ( supervisor) is too tiered for this job. May be she want to retaire. She avoid customers. When you sent email for prints, she say not received. Ask you to go and send again there by avoid customers and also rude . Josh A. another person very rude. Avoid these two people. No parking and no customer service. These two really don't care about customers.

Great service, staff is really helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve been using printing service, and it was a great quality of a printer as well as the (Danny C.) person who was helping us. It was a lot of the costumers inside but line was moving really quickly.
