As a new company that was launching an event and had last minute request to print several hundred items of varying sizes, print quality, and type we were lucky to come to this FedEx location. Within the 2 hours before our launch event, the team at 1440 Vine St. location completely helped ease our stress by optimizing our print items, getting them prepared in a expeditiously but high quality manner but most importantly with the utmost professionalism and calm. This was important to my business partner and I and I want to thank the entire team at this location! I especially want to thank Alfred G, Jose, and Hovo for their assistance, professionalism and kindness and ensuring that my company's order was ready on time, and in perfect condition.

the post office photo services were unfortunately down so i had to swing by the nearest fedex (this location) walked in, was greeted and helped and was in and out within minutes! thank you hovo for making the process seamless. your kindness and patience was much appreciated!

I have never been at a place that’s so frustrating they clearly need more workers than they have They start in your item and then the phone rings or something else and now you are waiting them to finish a task before doing yours

I go to drop off things. Long waits. Staff seems patient with patrons with big egos. Two ladies were stuffing cheap clothes into a box going somewhere for $400, racing out to their car to add more as they negotiated the costs. Another diva said he never had to show ID and didn’t have one. He demanded his package saying he had to get to a hospital. With no drivers license? Waiting in line can be entertaining The staff doesn’t set the prices. Go to the post office for best prices. Or ups stores.
