Extremely kind and helpful guy, quick with my shipping needs. Parking right outside in ktown. Definitely coming back to drop off and package small items. Edit: the street entrance is right off of Hobart, no using any special entrance or anything. Couldn’t be cleaner or easier and he strikes me as a conscientious owner.

Why don't you advertise if a package weight is over 20 lbs they wont go up some stairs. Now im stuck waiting god knows how long till i can get a refund for my 1800 dollar office chair. You guy's won't deliver it and herman miller won't refund me until they get their product back. An item you refuse to deliver. All i got was an im sorry and we'll write a report. How will that help?
