For the most part everyone is really friendly and the store is very clean. I had something to drop off early when the store opened on a Wednesday am around 8:30am. Maybe the man at the front hadn’t had his coffee yet or maybe he was just upset that he has to work like the rest of the world. From the moment I walked in it was like he was on some power trip and he was aggressively rude to me. I had a return label on my phone and I needed packaging because what I was returning had no envelope attached, I get that but his response was aggressive and said “you’ll need packaging” like he was trying to make more $$ off of me. Then he asked me to “screenshot the label and send it to this number” then he started talking to an additional co worker having a whole loud debate in front of me. I asked if he got the text he then proceeded to say “I didn’t ask you to text it, I asked you to email it” arguing with me, the customer. I then emailed it twice and they still couldn’t find my attachment. Man, how disappointing. This man really needs a reality check. Part of customer service is about being nice and friendly and he was everything but that. Like I said I’ve been there many other times and had a really wonderful experience with everyone else. Not sure why he has a stick up his butt.

Let me start by saying I’ve been coming to this ups store since 2012 when first moving to the area.. I moved 30 min away about 4 years ago. Even though there are many other ups stores much closer now, I choose to stay at my sunset location only because of theses individuals.. CHRIS, MIKE AND CHUCK.. these guys are amazing human beings.. they are like my extended family.. If they ever leave.. I’m going where they go.. not only amazing customer service, and always going over and beyond what their normal job description is..but they are real genuine people who actually have great personality which is very hard to find these days..I give them 10 STARS every day of the week.. LOVE YOU GUYS...

If you want to pay exorbitant fees to mail things, this is your mail service. If you want your packages to go missing and your small business tampered with, this is the place! Five or more orders I dropped off here dating back to January 4th have completely gone missing, costing me hundreds of dollars and lots of customers. We’ve been on hold over the phone for about 20 minutes now. Don’t drop your USPS mail off here. They will lose it and shirk responsibility. You’re welcome.
